What this is
Pedestal is a board with a single rule: money sets the order. You pick your app, you put a number on it, and that number is your rank. No algorithm to optimise, no editorial queue to wait in.
The name is the whole idea. A pedestal changes nothing about the piece it holds, only the height you see it from. Same here: climbing does not make your app better, it puts it where people look.
It exists because getting a small app seen is brutally hard, and most of the channels for it are either opaque or expensive. This is the opposite: one list, one number, everything in the open.
I am not promising installs. I am promising a spot on a list, with the visits your row gets counted right next to it.
