Pedestal is operated by Mikel Dewisme Simisterra, an individual in Barcelona, Spain. It is not a company. Contact: mikeldewi@icloud.com or @mikeldewisme on Threads.

You buy a public spot on a ranking. Rank is set only by the amount paid, as published in the rules. You are not buying a product, a marketing service, guaranteed visits, customers, or any favour from this site.

The listing shows the destination you picked and the short copy you write (title, one line, the button). The icon comes from Apple, the platform, or the favicon. You are responsible for that copy.

Bids are whole euros, from 1 € to 9,999 €, charged by Stripe. Pedestal does not store card numbers. The spot is claimed when Stripe confirms payment, not when checkout opens.

By paying you ask for the spot to be filled immediately. Once your listing is visible, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to that bid. Consumer law still covers failures on our side.

Being overtaken is not grounds for a refund. That is the game.

You do get a refund if you paid and your listing never appeared because Pedestal broke. Email mikeldewi@icloud.com before opening a Stripe dispute and I will fix it.

You can link an App Store app, an Instagram, a TikTok, an X, a YouTube, or any public https URL. You must have the right to attach that destination to a bid, and the link has to be truthful. The title, line and button are yours: do not publish anything illegal or misleading.

I can remove a listing if the destination is illegal, misleading, sexual, violent, or harms someone, or if I do not want that content on the board. That does not mean a refund unless we charged you in error.

You must be 18 or older to pay.

One person runs this. The site can fail, change or close. Your listing is visible while the board exists. I do not promise uptime or a business result.

To the extent the law allows, Pedestal is not liable for lost business, reputation or installs you tie to the ranking. For a failure on our side, liability is capped at refunding the affected bid.

Nothing here takes away rights you cannot contract out of, including consumer law that applies to you.

These terms follow Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the EU, the law of your country of residence also protects you when it is more favourable. Other disputes go to the courts of Barcelona, unless the law requires another venue.
